Shipping
Free tracked shipping to the United States and Canada. Each wig is prepared to order and shipped from our partner workshop in China; you receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves. Duties or import taxes may apply on delivery unless shown as included at checkout.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. The wig must be unused, unwashed, with no adhesive or products applied and the lace uncut. Returns are handled in Canada; standard return shipping is at your expense. MueHair covers defects and errors.
Care
Detangle gently from the ends upward, wash with a mild shampoo in cool water, let the wig air-dry on a stand and use a heat protectant before styling.

For wavy and curly textures, the stated length is measured with the hair stretched: the wig looks shorter once worn.

When will my wig arrive?
Each wig is prepared to order. Delivery is estimated at 13 to 20 business days to the United States and 15 to 21 business days to Canada. You receive a tracking number when it ships.
Will I pay duties or import taxes?
Shipping is free. As with any international shipment, duties or import taxes may be charged on delivery. They are not included unless shown at checkout.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if the wig is unworn, unwashed and the lace is uncut. Returns go to our address in Canada. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
