Products and orders

Only variants offered with a price and confirmed availability may be ordered. Guides, diagrams and inspiration portraits do not replace the exact model’s specifications or photographs. “HD” describes lace and does not guarantee glueless wear. No wear, lifespan or appearance results are guaranteed beyond applicable legal warranties.

Check length, cap measurements and your address before payment. We send an acknowledgment after your order. If an item becomes unavailable or a material error affects an order, we contact you to offer a solution or a full refund; we do not substitute your selection without consent.

Prices, payment and shipping

The price and currency shown at checkout apply. Applicable taxes and fees appear before payment. Preparation and transit estimates are indicative; see our shipping policy. Payments use the methods available through Shopify.

Returns and rights

See our 30-day return policy. Change-of-mind restrictions do not limit rights concerning defects, non-conformity or delay. Cancellation for inability to deliver results in a full refund. Mandatory laws and legal warranties in your place of residence remain applicable; these terms do not reduce them.
